CANCELLATION
or RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENT
NO CHARGES IF RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS BEFORE
PHOTOSHOOT DATE AND TIME.
IF NO CANCELLATION NOTICE RECEIVED (NO SHOW),
CANCELLATION FEE OF $100 WILL BE INVOICED
AND SENT TO THE AGENT DUE UPON RECEIPT.
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary,
please do so with a minimum of 24 hour notice.
Every effort will be made to accommodate
a rescheduling.
Bad weather or rain dates may be re-scheduled
on an individual basis and the photographer
will contact the agent
the morning of the shoot to determine. All
photoshoot requests will be on a first come
first served basis.
Agent must be in attendance during the photoshoot. |
